Hello! I’m Idi Poudel, the proud owner of DryMaster Ottawa Inc. My journey in the cleaning industry began over a decade ago when I started working for a local cleaning company. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for providing high-quality cleaning services that clients could trust.

After several years of hands-on experience and training, I decided it was time to establish my own business. In 2024, DryMaster Ottawa Inc. was born out of a desire to offer exceptional service without the high-pressure sales tactics often found in the industry. My goal has always been to create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and satisfied with every interaction.

Throughout my career, I have continued to invest in my education by attending workshops and obtaining certifications in various cleaning techniques. This ongoing commitment to learning has equipped me with the skills necessary to tackle even the toughest cleaning challenges.

While I have gained extensive experience in janitorial services over the years, my true passion lies in carpet cleaning. I find immense satisfaction in transforming carpets and restoring their original beauty. Although I have spent more time on janitorial tasks recently, I am eager to improve my carpet cleaning services and dedicate more focus to this area.
